When you work with Jim you can rest assured you are getting more  than just his craftsmanship and ability to deliver results, but you’re  also getting his personal guidance and hands-on partnership on the  entire journey to creating your dream home – from the location, the  architectural design, blueprints and the framework to the trimming, the  wall treatments the counter tops and the fixtures…and much, much more.

Jim started in his trade over 30 years ago, working  hard to gain the knowledge and experience to become a master carpenter  and one day build a company whose homes would reflect the unique  personality and lifestyles of those living within them, and offer  lasting advantages and enjoyment for years to come. He builds each home  as if it’s his own, down to every last detail – large or small.  You’ll  find him on the lot on any given day, making sure every element is  handled to perfection.


When you choose to work with Fine Homes by James J.  Eskin, you are choosing an authentic, dedicated partner whose commitment  to high standards and superior craftsmanship are evident in every home  he has been a part of building.  Jim is known for remaining close  friends with his customers for years after the job is completed (though  you need not feel obligated to partake in this home-building feature!).
